NexGen Recruiters provides recruitment services connecting childcare centres and early learning centres with early childhood educators and professionals. We act as a facilitator and do not employ candidates directly.
Client Obligations
Childcare centres agree to provide accurate job details and requirements to help us find the best candidates. Educators agree to provide truthful information about their qualifications and experience.
Fees and Payment
Our recruitment fees are payable only upon a successful placement of a candidate you hire through us. There are no upfront fees or retainers. Fees and payment terms will be outlined in your agreement or proposal.
Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate leaves or is unsuitable within four weeks of starting, we offer a replacement candidate at no additional charge, provided all fees have been paid on time.
Candidate Information
All candidate information provided is confidential and for your use only in relation to recruitment. You must not share, copy, or use this information outside the hiring process without permission.
No Employment Relationship
Using our service does not create an employment relationship between NexGen Recruiters and candidates or clients. All employment agreements are between the childcare centre and the candidate.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide quality candidates but do not guarantee employment outcomes. NexGen Recruiters is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from using our service or employing candidates.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and marketing materials is owned by NexGen Recruiters and protected by copyright. You agree not to reproduce or use it without permission.
Privacy
We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to this collection and use.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
